Activision Lawsuit

BLACK-DOOM
 04/10/2012 11:41AM

Jason West - Vince Zampella

Infinity Ward founders Jason West and Vince Zampella in are in the midst of getting their royalties even though they have left off to work under publisher EA. West and Zampella were the founders of Infinity Ward and are largely apart of the development and creation of Modern Warefare.

This trial when on completing may also decide on more then some owed debts, but may give ownership of the Modern Warefare brand back to its founders. Activision is also pushing on with their very own countersuit that tags EA to be in a conspiracy to take employees that used to work for them to now work for them.

The court date has been delayed to later in the month of May, and proceed to judge both parties claims, though the best chance of Activision’s suit will most likely be dismissed on the cause of irrelevance and for negligence to hold to terms.
